Changed your mind? If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days, and we will gladly refund the purchase price.

RETURNING A PRODUCT IS SIMPLE:

Email us at info@ovmed.com to initiate a return. We will send you return instructions via email. Send your unused product in its original packaging to the address provided in our email.

PLEASE NOTE:

Initial shipping costs will only be refunded for returns of defective products, misdescribed items, or incorrect orders. Contact us at info@ovemed.com to arrange these returns. You are responsible for the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Some products may be excluded from this guarantee. Please check the product description before placing your order.

RETURNING GOODS:

You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, as outlined below:

To initiate a return, email us at info@ovemed.com to obtain a return number. You can only initiate a return once an order has been marked as shipped. Unless otherwise stated, the full value of the returned items will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Credits for returned items will be applied to the payment method used for the purchase. Returns will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase within 5 to 10 days after. If a restocking fee applies to returned items, the amount of this fee will be displayed on the final order screen when completing your order and will be listed on the attached packing slip. 

REFUNDS, CREDITS, AND OUTSTANDING AMOUNTS:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 4–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

A defective item is one that does not work but has no obvious damage. If you receive defective items, please contact us at info@ovemed.com

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If an order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted the delivery and later notice shipping damage, please contact us immediately using the email address provided on the order form.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

We accept no liability for damages caused by the user and/or the loss of parts incurred during product use.

All prices, images, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We are not responsible for unintentional errors. Please contact us within 14 days in the event of price or stock discrepancies.
